THE HAND PUMP

VITAL INFORMATION REGARDING THE HAND PUMP:

It is crucial to be aware of the following guidelines when using the hand pump:

  • Take regular short breaks of approximately 2.5 minutes to allow the pump to cool down.
  • Ensure that the filling pressure does not exceed 3000 PSI / 200 BAR.
  • Always rely on the pressure gauge located on the Lung Tank for accurate pressure readings.

Replacing Filters

VITAL FILTER INFORMATION:

Please take note of the following important details regarding the filters:

  • It is recommended to replace the Large Filter, Small Filter, and Carbon Balls after every 5 tank fills.
  • You can conveniently purchase replacement filters directly from our website.

Adjusting Airflow

IMPORTANT AIRFLOW INFO:

  • When adjusting airflow, only tighten or loosen the nut by 1/8th of a full turn before testing and repeating if neccessary.
  • To allow MORE airflow, turn the nut anticlockwise (loosen).
  • To allow LESS airflow, turn the nut clockwise (tighten).

Compressor

IMPORTANT COMPRESSOR INFO:

  • This video is a general guide, please refer to the manufacturers leaflet in the box.
  • Do not fill above 3000 PSI/ 200 BAR.
  • Always refer to the Tank pressure gauge.
  • Do not let compresser exceed 80 Degrees Celsius.
  • Only connect / disconnect power to compresser when the pump switch off (down).
  • Always check the explosion proof valve before use.
  • Allow compressor to cool for 2 minutes before & after every use.
